[Tracker] Tracker not starting

Hello

My new tracker-0.9.20 installation on ubuntu 10.10 doen not start, it gives below errors.

$ tracker-control --start
Starting minersâ

(tracker-control:7967): Tracker-CRITICAL **: Could not get miner progress for 
'org.freedesktop.Tracker1.Miner.Files': Process /usr/local/libexec/tracker-miner-fs exited with status 127
  â File System (perhaps a disabled plugin?)

When I start tracker-miner-fs with TRACKER_VERBOCITY=3 I get many of below error messages in log:

(tracker-miner-fs:7988): Tracker-CRITICAL **: Could not obtain the mounted volumes: Process 
/usr/local/libexec/tracker-store exited with status 127
..
..
(tracker-miner-fs:8530): Tracker-CRITICAL **: Could not execute sparql query: Process 
/usr/local/libexec/tracker-store exited with status 127
