[Tracker] Does tracker support uniquie object-id across databases

Hi,

does tracker support assigning unique object-id for each piece of metadata across databases.
For e.g. if id: 123 is assigned to Artist: "Enrique" then this ID should not be present in other tables/databases that tracker is maintaining. This will be helpful features by bookmarking through object-Id.
