[Tracker] No 0.9.4 release this week

Hi all,

Just to let you know, if you were expecting the 0.9.4 release today, we
have delayed it due to some threading issues that have been found
related to the new work added recently.

We are in the process of fixing this. Some of the errors noticed include
(in tracker-store logs):

      * "close_database: runtime check failed: (rc == SQLITE_OK)"
      * "stmt != NULL" criticals

Some of these were fixed today by Carlos and Aleksander, however, more
testing is needed this week before we are happy enough to release.
