I would suggest using an existing onthology instead of creating one.  
The BBC programmes onthology [0] seems reasonable.
In a more general way, it would be great if Tracker would use more  
standard linked data onthologies.
This might easy data importation and outgoing semantic links to online  
entities. Let each of us be part of the linked cloud [1] !
Nepomuk onthologies do not seem to attract that much content  
providers, sadly.
