Re: [Tracker] review required: rss-enclosures

Hi all, i've just rebased all the work of Roberto on master, and squashed some commit for a cleaner tree.
If someone can review... :)

Thanks

Ok, tonight I found some time to test the rss-enclosures branch and it
seems acceptable.

It includes:

- enclosures management: downloads them for feeds marked with
mfo:downloadFlag = TRUE, saves them in the path specified in
mfo:downloadPath, check for mfo:maxSize, and force download for contents
marked with mfo:optional = TRUE

- honour the mfo:expiryInterval option, automatically removing items
from feeds having auto-expiry

- alignment of internal API with latest changes in libtracker-miner (in
particular using tracker_miner_execute_sparql_finish())

The only problem is actually the nested anonymous node when saving the
mlo:location for items enriched with GeoRSS, suggestions are welcome.
