Hmm if I eject a dvd it works fine!
I guess the null UUID is crashing the string hash function?
Yes, and it won't crash if you insert the DVD during run time, only if
it is there on start up - we check null uuids when media is inserted :/
oh well there were bound to be bugs :)
The UUID issue is fixed now in master. Planning on doing a follow up
release today since that's pretty nasty.
Found another - pdfs are no longer indexed as documents (class
nfo:Document) and tracker-extract reports no handler avilable for pdfs
even though I have glib-poppler and its built during configure
PDFs are of nfo:PaginatedTextDocument class which is a subclass of
nfo:TextDocument which is a subclass of nfo:Document.
I know that by they are not showing as any of those and I have
glib-poppler installed and libextract-pdf is compiled
It might be a problem with my system or the extractor so can you confirm
which?
ignore that - I have rebuilt with latest and reindexed and its fine.
Dunno why pdfs were a problem previously but nevermind
