Please do, even if not accurate enough. It's good to have
'something' instead of being in the dark, especially since AFAIR the
estimation wasn't just fixed, but used elasped time and no. of
indexed items, to perform that estimation.
This has been added back now but only for miner-fs. The store has no
concept of progress. It is now displayed with verbosity >= 1.
