[Tracker] tracker-sparql:1964

hello,

when i type /usr/bin/tracker-sparql  -u -q  "insert { <abc> a nie:InformationElement ; nie:title 'abc' }" ,
i get a response

(tracker-sparql:1964): Tracker-CRITICAL **: Could not connect to the D-Bus session bus, Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.
Could not establish a D-Bus connection to Tracker

          it seams like something wrong with connection between tracker and dbus , i'm quite new , may someone help
