You're not the first to mention this. I suspect MeeGo doesn't use the
evolution extractor. For Maemo/MeeGo the debian packaging which I
maintain doesn't build the evolution plugin, not sure about the RPMs
being built though.

If this is really the case (that Evolution is used in MeeGo), then
perhaps we should focus some energy on making sure the plugin is built
and works nicely. The funding hasn't extended to this so far, so fixes
to that plugin are currently a part time job by Philip and Carlos usually.

Ivan can you comment further on this?

In MeeGo the Emails are handled via QMF [1] (not evolution), and you can use that now to search for emails.

Internally QMF will push the emails into tracker and they will be visible in your tracker-search and Sparql. That "glue" is not implemented yet, but it will be eventually.
