[Tracker] Ontology request: Describing image regions

Hi, 

Currently we don't have any ontology to describe image regions, and link
them to resources. Many photo software (or sites like Flickr/Facebook) now
allow to tag for example faces on photos, so it seems like we should
include
that in Tracker too.

Please send me your remarks, hopefully we can get to a consensus and
include this ontology soon :) I have some ideas that I can't implement so
far because of this restriction.
