The first error was fixed in commit
b7cbaddd18e04a33499dbc36e065a97554b9ac4a in master, that change could be
backported to 0.6 I think

Hmm, looks like the vorbis library has changed. The only way round this 
is for you to use a newer or self built version of tracker then. You 
could also remove the libextract-vorbis.so. It should fall back to the 
gstreamer plugin.
