This more or less works. I tested it with 0.7.5 and a little bit with 0.7.7.

Known problems:
+ https://bugzilla.gnome.org/601885 (it uses the same queries as tracker-tag)
+ No signals to detect addition or removal of tags
+ No icons for tags
