[Tracker] Blank Commit Messages

Hi,

Can we please NOT commit to the git repository with blank commit 
messages. There are 2 instances where this occurs in git log:

  *** empty log message ***

And they are both by Jamie. For the future can we not do this. If I 
start seeing this, I will start reverting commits.
