This fixes the crashes reported by Philip on IRC.
Hmm, wasn't this crash the background crash that I just fixed?
How does this upgrade fix things?
I have noticed that the if there are unresolved symbols left in the
extension's .so the build does not spot it. It just causes Nautilus to
crash at runtime. eg., I had at one point of time misspelt
gtk_widget_show_all as gtk_show_all, and more recently my Fedora 11
system has a slightly older Gtk+ which does not have
gtk_widget_set_can_default. In both these cases the build did not
fail, but Nautilus blows up.
I am wondering if the Makefile.am needs a fix too or not, but I had
just copied it from another extension.
Cheers,
Debarshi
