I forgot to mention, with the last commit I did, I reworked the code in
tracker-preferences and fully tested it to make sure it works. So now
the preferences application _SHOULD_ work. If it doesn't the daemon
possibly isn't using the config correctly. The .cfg file seems to be
written correctly at least.
