somewhat conflicts with the BatteryIndex option, would it be ok to
replace it a LowBatteryLimit which works similarly to LowDiskLimit? It's
more flexible and useful IMHO
sure providing we handle legacy options
my preference is for the app to rewrite legacy prefs to new names/format
when they are detected
that way we can deprecate and eventualy remove the legacy handling code
