[Tracker] upgrading sqlite to 3.5.9

Dear tracker community,
I remember while ago that the tracker required the sqlite to 3.5.
I am currently using Fedora8 which has the sqlite-3.4.3.
What is a good way to upgrade the sqlite to the latest using yum?
