[Tracker] [PATCH] Refactoring tracker-indexer

Hi,

 Here is the first patch for the index refactor. The final goal is to
isolate the indexer in a modular and testeable component, offering a
nice and clean API to other modules in tracker. 

 In this first patch, 

1) the indexer struct is hidden in tracker-index.c
2) the get_suggestion code is moved to tracker-index.c

 Not big changes, but quite important in order to continue the
refactoring.
