[Tracker] Removing unused data files

Hi,

I was just looking into fixing the DBus introspection, and I noticed
that there are a couple of files which are unused in the tracker/data
directory.

Namely:

        data/tracker.cfg
        data/tracker-stop-words.txt

The config file is generated when trackerd runs for the first time now
so I don't think we need that file in the repository. I couldn't see
where the stop words file is installed either.

Can we remove these files?
