[Tracker] media-handling trouble

Hi,

There is an integration problem regarding removable media handling.
Often times you'll want to unmount your device while it's still being
indexed, in which case your GNOME handler of such a situation will
refuse the desired action without providing a clue to why not. But
what Tracker should do is handle such a request by stopping that
device's indexing as soon as it can so it can be unmounted.
