[Tracker] tracker module on bugzilla - missing stuff

There are two missing stuff for tracker module on bugzilla.gnome.org

#1 Can't specify Version
        
        The only allowed version is "unspecified". You (bug reporter or
        developer) should be allowed to set a released version (for
        example 0.6.6) or "trunk" if you have the issue against svn
        checkout
        
#2 Can't specify Target Milestone

        This will helpful to developers, in order to track, for example
        bugs they have to fix before next release
        

Could someone whit proper bugzilla permission fix this (and keep updated
on new releases)? Or should be asked directly to bugzilla admins?
