[Tracker] Adding a new language to libstemmer

Hi,

I've reported a bug[0] a few weeks ago, and also started working on
adding Hungarian support to Tracker's libstemmer. I already have the
Snowball-generated source files (stem_UTF_8_hungarian.[ch]) and a
stopword list (stopwords.hu). Is there anything else I should be aware
of when adding a new supported language for stemming? (I already found
the list of languages in tracker-preferences.glade as a UI bit, and of
course tuned some Makefiles accordingly.)
