[Tracker] Tracker-applet's GTK+ requirements

Hi,

Does tracker-applet needs GTK+ 2.10 or can it run on 2.8? It's a
curiosity of how much svn Tracker can build on a system as old as
Debian Etch or Ubuntu Dapper (both using 2.8). I suppose that there
are people running new Tracker in these systems...
