[Tracker] Extracting metadata from ps.gz - not complete

Hi,

I started this patch for extraction of gzipped ps-files - it uses zlib
example code wich does the job but than only w/o an inflate
dictionary. I haven't figured taht out, maybe someone here is faster
than me? ;)

It's just a start anyway.
