Dear all,
In our company we have a shared document folder with many GB's in size.
Uses can directly access the files through proper group permission
settings. I want to include this shared path in the crawled directories
of Meta Tracker. But since the data are very large I don't want a new
index to be created for each user, but only a single shared central
index. Is there an easy way to do that with Meta Tracker?
Many thanks in advance for any hints and suggestions!
Aron
Not at the moment Im afraid
All databases and indexes are held locally for each user
The problem is we are also a metadata server as well as an index so
would be difficult to mix them for users (think user tagging)
In the future we may support multiple indexes of which some could be
shared
