Apologies for breaking string freeze but I have now added a confirmation
dialog to prefs to ask the user if they want to restart or reindex
tracker when certain changes are made.
(tracker-preferences.c lines 836 and 838 need new translations)
We are still in string freeze though!
Also due to more bugs release is likely delayed to end of week...
