thanks but would it not be simpler to use the posix realpath? (man
realpath for info)
realpath does not convert ~. It just normalize paths like .././../.// and so on
we can really use realpath but this is not a substitute to write
~/documents
When you move home user dir to another path, you must rewrite absolute paths in
tracker cfg file, using ~ is simpler (and shorter).
feel free to resubmit patch using realpath if it does. If not can you
also include realpath anyhow
Yes, i can do that, but i like to have ~ shortcut :)
I don\'like to know the absolute path to my home.
