[Tracker] Indexing License Metadata

Hey all,

For my Summer of Code project, I've got a number of patches for
extracting license metadata from various file formats.  I'm wondering
who has commit access that could take a look at them and push them
through to svn.  I've also been doing work with indexing XMP sidecar files.
