[Tracker] Newbie user question

I recently uninstalled Beagle and all Mono stuff from my system when I 
realized that it was Beagle that appeared to be keeping my CPU running 
all of the time. I decided to give Tracker a try instead.

Under Fedora 6.9x, everything seemed to be working, but under Fedora 7 I 
am experiencing some issues.

First, it was not returning results from some PDF files that I know 
existed, even though it returned results from others. I decided to 
remove my ~/.Tracker directory to see if I could force it to re-index 
everything, but now it doesn't appear to return results for anything.

Some advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
