[Tracker] About the tag ability of tracker

The tags are spread between programs?

The question is: there is a possibility to spread all this tags between
the programs or not?

An example:

A user has some photos from her camera relative to a project called "A".

* She tags the pictures as "A" in f-spot (e.g.)

Is tracker able to find this photos using the tag "A" ?

The she received some mail and she want to tag them as "A". is
thunderbird (from the version 2 it should be) able to find the tag "A" ?

Nautilus is able to show the tag "A" on that pictures?

I don't know if this is already discussed. Point me to the right
resources, if it is :)
