[Tracker] Removable volumes

hi,

thank you very much for tracker.

I was wondering in which way does tracker support indexing of content
in removable volumes, does it store the information in the users
directory or does it create the indexes in the volume (is the user is
given write permission)?

The main reason of asking this is that i thought that it would be
extremely cool that if a volume that is disconnected and then
reconnected in another computer could carry with itself the indexes of
the information that it has, this way i could automagically search for
those documents in the second system (given that it is also running
tracker).
