[Tracker] t-s-t: 'Open Folder' patch to support other file managers

Hi,

Attached is a patch to enhance t-s-t to 'Open Folder' with file
managers other than nautilus utilizing xdg-open (thanks to Edward
Duffy). It's my first ever patch to any project so is probably a mess,
but it works on my Etch system.

Other patches are documentation patches.
