No, it's version related (dbus 0.94 vs 0.93)

Moreover those packages are using external sqlite (no-thread safe on
edgy)

I created them using .diff and .dcs from here[1], but removing the
dependence and the configure parameter related to sqlite.

I've some web space available, but it could be better put packages on
http://www.gnome.org/~jamiemcc/tracker/DEB/Edgy/
