[Tracker] [PATCH] 'improved' navigation buttons

Hi,

I've always the 'Previous' and 'Next' buttons of the new TST a bit too
small, longing for the previous good-looking ones before the 'tab
interface' was introduced as well as the use of mnemonics. There's
some other small changes so that the reintroduction looks 'good'.
