Files are first calss objects in Tracker and we maintain their
hierarchical layout in tracker's database.
This makes things like tracker-meta-folder command possible
In a file manager, tracker would be the first port of call wrt getting
files and only fallback to stat dances if tracker was out of date (IE
indextime != mtime of folder) or did not index that part.
