the reason it says lt-tracker-tag is because before it's installed
it's actually a script that calls .libs/tracker-tag (stupid libtool).
Once it's installed, it should work fine. Also, there's still a bug in
glib pending about displaying the help text, so there's not much we
can do about that yet.

Have applied patch although a few minor things wrong (should display
help if no arguments supplied and usage message says "lt-tracker-tag")

I couldn't figure out how to sort them so applied anyway.

Feel free to send an update or more patches for the other command line
tools.
