There's a bunch of files in my Build folder (all my development goes
there), and I added it to NoWatchDirectory because I indexing files
created and deleted during ./configure and building takes too much
processor time :-). So yea, it's working here for me...

When you test this, do you have anything in these directories? Try
putting some files and subdirectories in there if not?
