I believe this is because I forgot to add a mutex to protect the 
non-thread safe stemmer - have now fixed in cvs.

let me know if this sorts out your problem.

Btw does anyone run tracker on a multi cpu machine? If so it would help 
expose anything else thats non-thread safe.
