[Tracker] New GUI - tracker-search-tool

Its based on the source of Gnome-search-tool (which is great cause it 
has correct icons/thumbs + drag and drop and basic file management is 
already there + I like how GST allows you to specify extra search criteria)

This is just the initial stuff - I will be working some more on it 
tomorrow (bottom panel and extra search options)

You can find it in cvs - its fully working with tracker!
