Well, it appears that the optional query_condition is not so optional.
If I don't have it, it puts an extraneous AND in the query.
BTW, in the Search.Query method, is it possible to specify something
like "merchant id" as the search string, and have it require that the
match to literally be "merchant id" rather than "merchant" AND "id"
anywhere withing the document?
