Hello, here a patch to: * have a Build-Depend field in "control" file correctly filed which it makes debian packages buildable by automatic systems (to build packages for MIPS, SPARC, etc. in Debian for instance), * now I can build debian packages in a chrooted environment with help from Pbuiler and have packages which only depends on available packages from a distribution, * I introduce a new package named "tracker-data" which aims to ship independent architecture files like icons, translations and *.desktop files. Package "tracker" depends on it, * I add a tracker-kde.desktop file inspired by the one in Debian Beagle package. I think it lets KDE to have its own entry for Tracker in its menus. Now I am going to ask Jamie to upload these debian packages shortly. Laurent.
