[Tracker] Development version and document formats

Hello,
I am wondering which types of documents can tracker index. On the web
page there is information, but not precised

So for example, this is the list of source data that can be indexed by
beagle, can someone put Y/N/ partiary (doc,ppt)/ about tracker??
