[Tracker] Sneak peak: Project U-Store

This is a sneak peak, I post here to only involve a limited audience just yet. I want to get some comments before I go "all in" :-D

Basically I want to start a project with the goal to define common specs and apis for indexer and metadata providers on the desktop.
