Did some small tweaks on the status icon.
- Removed dependency on Python dbus bindings (they where not used)
- Removed external dependency on icon
Updated script attached. There is still not much point in it I guess. People
might as well add a launcher to the panel for the same functionality...
Yea, there really isn't much point to it :-). The idea was that people
could have some sort of indication of how Tracker is doing in the
system tray - something along the lines of Google Desktop for Windows.
About a tracker icon: Tracker really needs something leet. If you ask me a
looking glass with an arrow does not cut it. In deskbar we have a lightning
comming out of the looking glass, that is leet. Everybody likes lightning!
Seriously; I don't have any good ideas right now, but a good icon is good
branding.
If anybody comes up with ideas, I'd be glad to try to make a
cool-looking icon. Anyways, I think it's better than what's currently
on the Tracker website (a looking glass with a T inside it, lol :-))
