Here lies the outstanding work still needed :

1) Optional GConf support

2) Migrate to Mysql 5 (need to wait for version 5.0.19 as other version 
of 5+ have severe bugs in the embedded version.

3) Finish off DBUS interface (only half the current interface is 
implemented)

4) Support indexing of all the non-file services

5) GUI for searching

6) Test suite for Dbus interface (could be done in Python - any volunteers?)
