Can you make sure you *dont* have the mysqld server daemon running when 
you do the tests (or the first time you run tracker) in case it interferes

If it still fails these tests, please report to mysql (bugs.mysql.com)

Its probably not safe to use with tracker (even of you can get it to 
work) til the aove is sorted.
