[Tracker] debian build is broken?

Hi there.

I do noticed no changes in trackers behaviour on my system, after some
further looks at my package DB i discovered, that there is really
nothing installed by all those meta tracker packages (no libs, no
binaries)!

I discovered it on an ubuntu dapper machine with the newest cvs of tracker.

Also, meta trackers packages should conflict with the old tracker ;)
just in case some one was playing with some older versions.
