Re: [Tracker] "org.freedesktop.Tracker" doesn't exist"

I'm using Ubuntu Dapperand I installed Tracker via the instructions on
the wiki. It worked fine but I wanted to try out Tracker CVS. I got it
to compile but now when I try to search, Nautilus throws up this error.

Method "SearchMetadataText" with signature "ssib" on interface
"org.freedesktop.Tracker" doesn't exist

Any help would be appreciated.

You mix Tracker from CVS and the Ubuntu packages of Tracker 0.0.4 for
Nautilus in the Wiki pages, isn't it?

Between version 0.0.4 and 0.0.5, DBus interfaces of Tracker have
changed, so you can't use packages of version 0.0.4 with tracker from
CVS (which is the upcoming version 0.0.5).

I think that new version of Ubuntu packages will be made after 0.0.5 is
out (very soon).
