Would it be possible to make all of the approved ones apply without
failed hunks?
Actually, the important patch is [PATCH_03_18]_New_observer_behaviour.patch, which changes quite a lot of code. With this one the others apply correctly.
There was some conversation between Sergio and Rob at some point about this patch but cannot tell what the conclusion was. Sergio, is this patch ok for you now ?
