By adjusting the INCLUDE_API to contain the -api.xml files of depending
libraries (in this case the libraries libtinymailui, libtinymailui-gtk
and libtinymail-camel) this seems to have improved.

I'm not sure if I'm still missing types but it looks like the ones that
I expect are now indeed being generated.
Also check the crash that I mentioned in that other post on gtksharp's
mailing list. This was related too.
